Our client is an international company who are experts and leaders in their field who are looking for a Digital Marketing Assistant to join the marketing department due to continued growth within the business.
This is a pivotal role within the ecommerce and Marketing team and will help with the delivery of a global multichannel marketing plan. Sitting at the heart of the ecommerce operation this individual will assist with onsite promotions, e-mail and aid in a variety on content creation and UX projects to help the web store continue to flourish.
You will be working in a creative way alongside different teams within the business to understand companies needs and overseeing, management and performance of digital merchandising within an ecommerce environment.
More detail on what you will be doing:
Help with the delivery of all onsite and digital channel promotional activity as well as the reporting of key marketing metrics to sales teams to help define and develop the marketing efforts
Play an active role in supporting global sales teams with the creation of localised marketing and promotional content and through other digital channels like email and social media as well as promotional codes
Assist in the content set up and configuration of new eCommerce stores as the business grows
Support internal and international teams in the rollout of new functionality, platforms and features across the global network of stores
Working alongside the product, marketing and studio teams to ensure all stores are carrying correct promotional content and messaging
What you need to exceed:
Good knowledge of digital marketing (social media and email marketing)
Good literacy skills as you will be using a wide variety of software and applications
Previous experience working within an ecommerce business using a CMS tool such as Magento
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
The ability to work within a fast-paced environment and under pressure to meet deadlines
