I am recruiting for a Digital Marketing Specialist with a strong knowledge of PPC and analytics. The team is small but strong with a healthy marketing budget. Working within the digital marketing team, you will be responsible for managing paid social marketing channels and generating leads within ROI benchmarks. This role is focused on acquisition through paid media channels (native) and emails.
Who you are:
You will be someone with a strong aptitude for PPC, Facebook ads and dealing with budgets. You will be analytical and statistically minded, working closely with the data analyst in order to track and optimise the company’s paid marketing channels. You will ideally have experience with A/B testing as well as an understanding of Native Advertising Networks as well as strong Excel skills.
Responsibilities:
Optimisation of campaigns
Managing all aspects of Facebook Advertising
Managing Native Advertising channels e.g. Outbrain & Taboola
Working with Marketing Designer to create ad creative, including video
Email Marketing- monitor & analyse results from email campaigns through a list of A/B testing opportunities
Reporting performance to the management team
Conversion rate optimisation through A/B testing & Facebook Ad Experiments
Maintaining a database (via Excel) of planned tests & results
