We’re on the lookout for an experienced B2B Digital Marketing Manager to take responsibility for this awesome company’s digital presence - to manage it as it is now and to take it to the next level.

You’ll be based at their Head Office (although it’s envisaged there’ll be a mix of home/office working long-term) on the outskirts of Exeter and be joining a team who are super-ambitious. They’re looking for someone who’ll come in and define and drive their digital marketing strategy, and deliver the plan, that’ll help drive sales growth in return. In this role you’ll also be instrumental in the direction of the Marketing activity as a whole and will have the opportunity get involved with wider campaign activity that falls outside of the digital-led space – for example new product launches.

You’ll be reporting in to the senior team and be fully supported by the wider-internal marketing team too – some of whom you’ll be managing directly. As this organisation continues to grow, there will be the scope to grow your team too.

Here’s what you’ll be doing in a bit more detail!

  • Defining and managing digital campaigns, segmenting the audience and coming up with ideas that will appeal to the different targets

  • Analyse the customer journey through the various digital channels and make improvements when you spot something that could be made it even better

  • Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing activity

  • Come up with the digital marketing strategy and plan and deliver it

  • Create superb digital content - copy-wise and visually. As well as written content, this will also include video and photography

Who are we looking for?

In order to hit the ground running, you’ll need to have at least five years’ experience in a Digital Marketing role, who’s results driven. You’ll enjoy/are passionate about keeping up to date with the latest digital developments and trends, who’s not afraid to try new things where you spot new opportunities. You’ll be used to working deadlines, and therefore delivering top quality material with quick turnaround times, on occasion. Being used to working with external agencies is a must, managing the relationships and to make sure that they’re delivering and providing a good return on investment. As you’ll be working on multiple projects at any given time, you’ll also need to super-organised and happy to juggle priorities.

As well as the basic salary, there are some excellent benefits on offer, including enhanced holiday, an employee bonus scheme and health-related options.
