Relationships: - this role is all about sourcing, onboarding and building long term, solid relationships with delivery partners across the UK & Europe. You’ll be focused on finding partners that match your values, deliver high quality solutions and account managing those relationships to ensure ongoing projects
Variety: - this is a role that will keep you on your toes and give you a range of tasks to focus on throughout the week. This will range from admin, account management, presentations, onboarding to agreeing/negotiating on the compliance side
Remote: - this is a really flexible role where the person can be based anywhere in the UK.

Who will you be?
Tech knowledge: - this role is within a bespoke tech design and build agency & the partners you’ll be working with will mainly be owners, c-suite execs of development agencies/firms. We don’t need you to be a technical genius, but a good level of understanding of developers and the work they do is essential
Project focused: - this role will be about identifying your partners skill set, working alongside the sales team to match the right projects with the right delivery team – these will be varied and each unique so the ability to juggle multiple ‘projects’ is a key part of the role
Motivated by targets/deadlines: - whilst these targets won’t be commercially focused, there will be expectations set out to ensure the partners you bring onboard and utilised in the right way. Matching a new skill set to an exciting new project is something you will strive for and get a buzz off matching
Account management: - whilst we don’t need you have a background in sales, exposure to previous experience with clients, presenting and negotiating is key. We are looking for confidence working with clients and building trusted relationships
Previous roles: - Anyone with the following experience could be the ideal fit:- Technical/IT Recruiter (delivery focused), Account Manager (SAAS), Project Coordinator (bespoke software/build), Customer Success Manager (IT), Delivery consultant (agency)
