If you enjoy working with data and have experience with Excel and SQL then this role could be perfect for you!
We’re looking for someone with brilliant attention to detail and an interest in automating processes to increase efficiency. In this role you’ll be validating and cleansing existing product data, as well as helping to drive new initiatives to improve data quality.
Your responsibilities as a Data Administrator in a nutshell:
Data management – validating and cleaning large volumes of data
Supporting the implementation of new processes, including automation where possible
Working closely with other departments in the business to ensure data quality across all systems
Responding to any queries that arise relating to accuracy of data
Producing regular and adhoc reporting as required
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
Data entry and data manipulation experience – this could be from a previous role or you might be a graduate with experience working with data
Intermediate level skills with Excel (VLOOKUPS, pivot tables, Macros)
Experience with (or knowledge of ) SQL is highly desired
Strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
Someone with good communication skills as there will be times you’ll need to share or explain your findings to colleagues or senior management team
Initially you’ll be working remotely due to Covid-19 restrictions, but longer term they envisage this role being carried out through a mixture of office and home working - if you’d prefer to be in the office though, that’s fine too.
