We are currently looking for a Customer Technical Advisor to join this innovative, high growth technology company. You will be joining a company that has been in business since 2013. They help organisations improve performance and safety, as well as making a positive impact on the environment, road safety and cost efficiency.

You will be joining a team who are rapidly growing. With new offices on the outskirts of Exeter, you will have the option of Hybrid working. (Office based is recommended for training period)

You will receive a starting salary of £22,000, rising to £23,000 after probation and training. Your working week will be Monday to Friday, 08.30 – 17.30.

The Customer Technical Advisor will be responsible for ensuring customers receive a tailored approach to their requests and queries.

Working as part of a fast-paced team you will always put the customer first and will have a dynamic approach to any task – whether it’s resolving an issue, answering a query or fulfilling a request. You will consistently meet your customers’ needs under the direction of a Customer Support Manager.


Other duties will include:

  • Identify and resolve technical issues using diagnostics knowledge to remotely fix issues where possible

  • Arrange on-site Engineer visits with customers experiencing issues

  • Raising portal issues and informing customers on problems, updates and changes

  • Take incoming calls on the main Customer Support phone line

  • Logging calls and actioning appropriately. Building a rapport with your contacts to keep positive relationships and high customer satisfaction scores

  • Responding to email queries

You will be someone that enjoys dealing with customers and providing them with relevant information, advice and guidance. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational and administrative skills, with excellent attention to detail.
