We're looking for two new team members to join this super supportive team, as Customer Support Specialists, for their large and varied customer base. You'll need to be someone who has a background in parts, engineering or an equivalent industry where you've had to deal with a large volume of different products. If you have worked on a Trade Parts or Dealership Service Desk, this would be an ideal match, for example.
You'll be someone that enjoys dealing with customers and providing them with all the relevant information regarding the different products and offering support and guidance too, when they need it. You'll be dealing with customers mainly over the phone and by email and there may be some webchat but this is minimal at the moment. As well as the support aspect, you'll also be someone who's quick to spot opportunities, by suggesting other products that the customer might like, based on their original enquiry. You'll also process the orders and handle the invoicing.
As well as working closely with customers, you'll be working with and supporting other internal teams too. For example, based on the insight you will have when it comes to customer enquiries, you might work with the Marketing team to offer insight in to what might work, at what time of the year, when it comes to promotions.
