You'll be someone that enjoys dealing with people and providing them with all the relevant support, advice, and expertise. Motivating the team and creating a “can do” culture in customer problem solving and resolution. Alongside focusing on customer support and service, you will implement internal routines such as: customer service levels, team targets and awareness of offers and promotions and be involved in overseeing the administration processes for pricing, credits, and orders. Support training and the recruitment of customer-oriented support specialists as the team grows.
As well as working closely with your team and customers, you'll be working with other internal teams too. For example, the Marketing department on customer promotions or the planning and support of exhibitions and events for open days and resolving customer requirements same day through liaison with other internal departments. You will also have opportunities to create further sales with outward calling ‘Buddy’ System.
You’ll have experience of managing a team, excellent verbal and written communication skills, good IT skills and intermediate or above MS Excel capabilities. Marketing and product promotion experience is also vital.
