This is an exciting hybrid opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied, customer centric role. The opportunity sits within the Sales & Customer Service team and is purely to focus on the German and Export market, meaning that fluency in the language is of huge importance. Within this role your main talks will be to ensure that your clients are happy every step of the way, keeping onto of admin, communicating with the distribution centre and then also cross selling and developing relationships in order to generate extra revenue.
The office don’t have a huge team here in the UK, but the company operates on an international scale with other offices dotted around Europe and America. They are a brilliant organisation that ensures they have a close-knit team in place to make sure everyone works as a team. This role is a key one in the UK office, ensuring this division runs smoothly and is profitable. We are looking for someone who has a commercial understanding, happy to negotiate, develop relationships with new clients and also ensure flawless customer service throughout. Someone with great attention to detail, strong admin skills, along with a keen desire to succeed is key.
