 What you’ll be doing:  

  • Talking!: Your job is all about communication, assisting clients via phone, email or via the website

  • Problem solving: You’ll be the person the customers come to when they need support

  • Order processing: Understanding your clients needs and ordering the products and services they require

  • Admin: A lot of your role will require a great attention to detail, ensuring documents are processed correctly, signed by the right people and your customers have the information they need

  • Team work: You’re not alone managing all these customers, they are a national company, that would be madness! Part of your role will be working alongside a proactive and bubbly team of 12 who continue to grow

Who will you be? 

  • Confident: We need someone confident over the phone, writing emails and sending messages

  • High attention to detail: As mentioned above, a large chunk of this role will be admin, so getting it right is super important

  • Previous experience: Ideally, you’ll have a customer service background within an office based environment – really open to industry though

  • Passionate: Looking for people who have a true love for helping people and enjoy problem solving and seeing clients happy
