​We are on the lookout for a motivated, passionate and detail orientated individual who thrives when providing exceptional customer service. This role is the first contact for any queries or concerns our client’s members may have and is therefore effectively one of the most important roles within the business. The goal is to ensure a smooth, enjoyable experience for each customer, listening to their need and either finding the correct solution or escalating it to the right department to resolve. If you have a background within Insurance,  that would be a huge bonus, but the main experience we are looking for is within a fast paced, customer service environment.  

The role:

  •  To engage with customers via inbound calls, letters or emails

  • Listen and problem solve

  • Be credible, efficient and understand when something needs special attention/escalating

  • Provide an exceptional customer experience as their first port of call

  • Work within the companies targets/KPIs and work together as a team & individually to achieve these for the department
