This is a new opportunity within our hugely successful client’s organisation. This role has come about due to growth and will help support the future development of the internal customer service team. The company have a real passion for providing an exceptional customer experience and know the best way to ensure fantastic results is to bring onboard a passionate, proactive and hands on manager to ensure that the CSA team are performing at their absolute best. Each year this company have seen growth between 10-20% and see that being the same for 2021, 22 and the foreseeable - you will be joining a consistent, high performing company who still have big goals for the future.

 

What we’re looking for:

  • You must be someone who’s had a good few years of working in a fast paced, customer service environment at a Team Leader or Manager level

  • Hands on people management experience is a key focus for this role, so you’ll need to be able to lead by example, be personable and be motivated to achieve

  • Majority of the tickets you and your team will be handling will be via live chat or email so experience handling these types of enquires would be beneficial.

  • This is a work hard, play hard environment - we are looking for someone with bags of energy, outgoing and enthusiastic - part of your role will be to keep up moral and motivate!

  • Experience of Zen Desk would be favourable but not essential

  • Experience of managing a budget, setting KPIs, conducting regular 1-2-1’s and setting out achievement plans for your team

  • Our client is all about collaboration - no idea is a bad idea - so were looking for someone who enjoys thinking out of the box and isn’t scared to throw a new approach/strategy into the ring in aid of team development

 

This role will be hugely rewarding for the right person and is ideal for someone looking for that long term career. The hours are 5 days per week, 8am-5.30pm, with every other Sunday required as part of your 5 days.
