**Please note that this role is being managed by our sister organisation, Tribus People, and any information you send will go directly to that team**

Our client is a fast-growing organisation, with ambitious plans ahead for customer/account growth and are putting in place the necessary team to support this. The organisation works with large, global, household names and you’ll be responsible for a number of their accounts.

We’re looking for an ambitious Client Account Manager, with significant experience of building and developing long-term relationships with high-value customers and multiple stakeholders. You’ll be managing a number of clients, where there’s the opportunity to nurture and increase the financial value of the accounts. You’ll also be responsible for exploring lapsed customers, rebuilding those relationships and converting them to active clients, once again.

Whilst increasing the value of these accounts is key, you’ll also be focussed on transforming the relationship from customer/supplier to much more of a partnership approach, over the long-term. You’ll be someone who gets to know the organisations you work with inside out, to understand their long-term objectives and plans, any pain-points etc. and develop innovative solutions to support and/or address those needs.

Ideally, you’ll have a background in learning/development/training and/or technology with experience of building relationships/working with those at HR Director level, who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. Experience of creating bespoke solutions is essential, as is the ability to bring them to life through inspiring proposals, whilst fully understanding the financial and commercial considerations. You’ll also be responsible for delivery, overseeing projects with your customer, from beginning to end.

The organisation has offices in London and Plymouth, however, this will be predominantly a remote role, with travel to customer sites and the occasional visit to meet up with other internal teams.
