This a brilliant opportunity for a consultative, proactive and hungry BDM. We are looking for someone to join our clients successful, growing business who can generate new revenue streams, build fresh pipelines and increase revenue within current accounts. The split of new business v existing is 70% to 30%, so we are looking for a hunter who thrives developing new clients.
Working alongside the Business Development Director, to develop a sales plan and strategy, you will be in charge of managing all new business across the North East and Scotland. They have a strong internal sales & marketing team in place, so some opportunities will be fed to you to you, however, having the ability to build your own pipeline is key. Ideally, you will have experience selling into local authority or the NHS OR have sold SaaS in the private sector and are used to working on longer sales cycles. You will need to be able to demonstrate key wins and have a proven track record of hitting/surpassing your targets.
The team are all passionate about the vision of the company, working together to achieve and have a clear ethos which will require you to be an empathic and consultative sales person.
