Salary – Circa £25-30k – OTE up to £45k (Negotiable d.o.e)

Our client is currently experiencing a period of rapid growth whereby they are looking to grow their sales team and looking to bring on a Business Development Executive. This role requires an enthusiastic, dynamic, and personable individual who can utilise their sales skills to help secure new and existing sales for the business. You’ll be responsible for:
Managing both existing sales pipeline and developing new business opportunities
Identify, contact and qualify decision-makers and opportunities in line with the business’ sale strategy
Formulating NDAs, proposals and presentations for new business clients
With guidance from the Business Development Manager, negotiate terms and convert proposals to sales after conducting value analysis
Remaining up to date on existing and potential legislation changes with the market
Working alongside the Marketing team to ensure the correct level of new opportunities are generated and successfully converted
Representing the business at Industry events; engage in networking and develop B2B partnerships
Preparing weekly/monthly/quarterly reports
Updating CRM data
Demonstrating professional and appropriate objection handling
The skills we are looking for:
Able to demonstrate previous sales experience
Successful track record of B2B sales and full-cycle sales
Experience with CRM systems
Organised and attention to detail
Ability to deliver presentations to key clients and potential clients
Self-motivated and driven to achieve targets / KPIs.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred but not essential – sales courses or qualification
A competitive salary of £25-30k – OTE - £TBC (based on experience)
Hybrid working – 1-2 days a week in the Exeter HQ during onboarding
