​We are thrilled to be working on these hugely exciting, brand new opportunities on behalf our client who has seen some real growth over the last couple of years and are looking to increase their sales team. We are looking for two highly consultative, business development focused execs, we can smoothly guide clients through a process and ensuring they are provided with the right solution.

This role initially will be mainly around picking up inbound enquiries, conducting opening conversations, qualifying and working alongside the other departments to get the sale over the line. You will work closely with the marketing department and senior consultants to ensure that what you can offer is what the client needs. Some of these sales may have long lead times, so being a great relationship builder is key to this role, as well as being someone with a high attention to detail, strong admin skills and is happy to get their head stuck into research.

We are looking for someone from a consultative sales background, used to a CRM system, process driven and ‘on the ball’, when it comes to jumping on good opportunities. As mentioned, our client is currently inundated with inbound enquiries, so initially you’ll work your way through those, ensuring you’re dealing with the right ones. Ideally, we want someone who is used to an ever-changing work load, who can adapt quickly, and could be from a Tech, Finance or Science/Medical background. You will be polished, proactive and considered and have the ability to read situations well and say no if needed.

The company offer a fantastic, supportive working environment and progression is absolutely there for the right person. Initially the role will e remote, but as soon as we’re able It will be mainly office based, with occasional travel to meetings and events so a driving license would be preferred.
