This would be a fantastic role for someone customer service focused, who loves problem solving, supporting the sales team and getting stuck into administrative tasks. The role has come up within the Export division of our client, due to someone being progressed within the company and leaving this opportunity open. We are looking for someone who speaks one or more languages, which are detailed below in order of importance: -
These languages cover the regions that our client deals with, so it is essential that you are able to speak one or more of them fluently to effectively deal with customer enquires (over the phone or via email). This role will be varied and will see if you adapting to different tasks on a daily basis. You will be asked to follow up on orders placed, process quotes, assist with returns and report back updates to the sales team and regional managers, to ensure everything is on track. Someone outgoing and confident would suit this role very well, along with having a very keen eye for detail and be comfortable with an ever-changing workload.
