​This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a high attention to detail, who enjoys processing and has a love for administration. We are on the look out for a Bid Coordinator to join a well-established team who'll identify, action, price and submit relevant tenders to the public sector. Our client is a large manufacturer/distributor that work across the world. Due to a spike in work load and the volume of relevant tenders coming through, they are looking to add a new member to their busy team.

Ideally you'll have previous experience, in a similar role and be used to dealing with a significant product range.

You’ll be working along side the customer service team, occasionally helping them on the phones, dealing with client enquiries but the majority of the role will be admin driven. You will be expected to analyse the inbound tenders and jump on the best ones for the company, actively research the market to keep up to date with trends in the industry, to allow you to price accurately and competitively. You’ll be up against the clock to get these bids processed, so working under pressure is key and will go hand in hand with your impeccable attention to detail.

We are looking for someone who enjoys and can use basic Excel, has a bubbly, proactive approach and is more than happy to pick up the phone if needed.
