We are looking for an Administrator to join an award winning energy company, who have been in business for over fifteen years. They have been at the forefront of their industry for many years, and as a business pride themselves on the fact that they love what they do, and are passionate about a sustainable future.

You will receive a salary of £23k, and be working in an office where the team are super friendly. The office is provided with fresh fruit and bread each week, and are doggy friendly!

Upon completion of probation, you can adopt a hybrid approach to work, with three days in the office and two days remote.

The administrator will be supporting the design team. You will be a key part of the business running smoothly and performing at its best. The role will be varied, busy, and no two days will be the same!

You will be responsible for;

  • Monitoring and acknowledging customer enquiries via phone, email, and company website

  • Administration of CRM system, including creating and updating records and moving these through the system

  • Overseeing design team usage on the CRM system, which involves ensuring records and folders are kept tidy and up to date

  • Monitoring customer waiting list to ensure timeframes given are kept to schedule

  • Responding to existing customers’ new enquiries that have been passed through from project management & operations and maintenance teams.

  • Monitoring the shared inboxes and forwarding emails onto relevant people / departments

  • Assist the designers, should they need a customer contacting, requesting relevant information

The ideal candidate will be a skilled multi-tasker and highly organised. You will thrive in a busy environment, and be comfortable working on your own initiative.
