​I’m looking for an Administrator to join a global organisation to work in their busy operations department.

You will be joining a strong team of 5 and be responsible for assisting with logistical admin from an Export/Import perspective, as well as supporting with general sales administration.

You'll will be processing documentation, checking invoices, updating sales orders and tracking shipments through to delivery, and making sure that they're complying with all the necessary regulations. As you progress within your role, you'll have the opportunity to assist with customer quotations, as well as using the internal CRM system to manage information efficiently.

This is a fantastic chance for someone who is looking to begin a career in administration role or for someone with experience who's looking for a change. Ideally, you'll have some experience working in an office environment however we're really keen to talk to you if you've got an appetite to learn, are ambitious and a drive to succeed in this role. You'll be fully supported and the organisation offers ongoing development and training, as well as the opportunity to undertake professional qualifications too.

This is a flexi-role which means you'll initially you be office-based whilst you are training, with the option for some hybrid working (a combination of office and remote) once you're up to speed.
