This well-established, award-winning marketing agency, are looking to add to their team with a new Account Manager. A big chunk of this role will be to support and nurture client relationships that have been developed over many years, to make sure that the service they’re receiving is outstanding and stays like this long-term.

What will you be doing?
This is a varied role and needs someone who thrives on managing multiple clients who are all at different stages of their marketing strategies and plans. You’ll be working with your own set of customers who are a mix of new and existing - many of whom have been working with the agency for a number of years.
Either way, it’ll be down to you to manage all of your clients’ projects from start to finish, coordinating with internal teams and external suppliers to essentially get things done, on time and within budget.
What are you like?
You’ll have a strong generalist marketing background with strong social media skills and ideally have worked in a creative agency - although the company would consider someone with the right marketing skill who was moving their career from in-house to agency if they can demonstrate they can quickly move between projects and manage client relationships.
You’ll be confident, a great communicator with first-class organisational skills, someone who’s happy to get ‘stuck in’ and be an integral part of the team.
