Experience: Following on from the point above, we are looking more for potential than previous sales experience. Ideal backgrounds would be Customer Service Advisor, Retail Sales, Hospitality – anything people focused is the perfect platform
Target driven: This is a sales role so there will be revenue targets in place to hit. You need to be motivated to achieve these – there is money on the other side, so definitely worth taking that target bull by the horns
Confidence: We don’t need you to have previous phone experience but the confidence to know you’ll smash it once you start is ideal
What you’ll be doing
Inbound enquiries: This company has heaps of inbound enquires come through every day. Your job is to pick up the ones that you know you can support.
Fact find & research: It's super important to understand what your client needs so you can find the right solution for them.
Admin : You will be doing a bit of paperwork within the role, it’s not all chatting on the phone. You’ll need to use your attention to detail skills daily
