Lisa comes from an office management and HR background before she joined the Sarah West Recruitment team in 2014. Having been on the ‘other side of the table’ when recruiting for her own team, Lisa has first hand knowledge of the ups and downs that can be involved. She understands what’s important to both the hiring manager and the job seeker and works hard to make sure that both are happy and kept up to date throughout the recruitment process. Lisa runs the Commercial Office division that focusses on Customer Service, Finance, HR and Office Support roles in the South West.
Out of work Lisa enjoys keeping fit, walking with her Labrador and keeping up with the rugby as a big Chief's fan.
