Lisa comes from an office management and HR background before she joined the Sarah West Recruitment team in 2014 as a Recruitment Consultant. Having been on the ‘other side of the table’ when recruiting staff, Lisa is now able to draw on her experience when recruiting. She understands what’s important to both the hiring manager and the job seeker and works hard to make sure that both are happy and kept up to date throughout the recruitment process. Lisa runs the Commercial Office division and spends her days working on administration, technical support, customer service, finance and HR roles.
Out of work Lisa enjoys keeping fit, walking with her Labrador and keeping up with the rugby as a big Chief's fan.
