We’ve recently welcomed Louisa to the Sarah West Recruitment team as Team Administrator. In a quick catch up we found out a little more about her background, interests and what she’s most looking forward to.
What attracted you to Sarah West Recruitment?
I had worked with the team on a few things over the years in other roles and had a good relationship with them. They have a great reputation across the South West so when the opportunity for this role came up there was no question I’d take it, I’m so pleased to have got the opportunity to be a part of the team.
What does your role as Team Administrator involve?
I provide support to the whole team to help keep everything ticking on a day-to-day basis. I’ll also be supporting The South West HR Network that Sarah West Recruitment run in conjunction with Nash & Co.
What’s your background?
I’ve been lucky enough to experience different roles and areas of a business from account management, customer support, administration and more, it’s great to have a role where I can utilise and make use of many of them.
What are you looking forward to most?
I love that as a sector it’s fast paced and so varied but in terms of what I’m looking forward to most it’s the fact that I get to help, support and be a part of the team and contribute to the exciting future of Sarah West Recruitment.
What do you get up to outside of work?
In my spare time I enjoy running, hiking, drinking coffee, eating teacakes and planning my next holiday. I love exploring so holidays tend to include adventure, I didn’t want to leave Yosemite National Park when I visited.
