​​If you’re looking for a new job – the team at Sarah West Recruitment will support you every step of the way.

​Before we put you forward for any of the roles we’re recruiting for, we’ll have an initial registration meeting with you. It’s an informal get together to talk through your career history, to understand in more detail the skills and experience that you have. We’ll also explore what you like doing and perhaps even more importantly, what you don’t. It’s also a chance to get to know your personality. That way, when we’re talking to potential employers we’re able to talk about more than just your CV.

During this meeting, your Recruitment Consultant will run through any roles that are potentially a good fit. You then decide if you’d like to be put forward. If there’s no suitable roles immediately, your Recruitment Consultant will get in touch as soon as there is. We get new roles regularly.

When you’re going along to interviews, we’ll organise all the logistics with the recruiting company. And obviously check that it’s a date and time that’ll work for you.

We’ll give you as much information as we can before you go along – what the company’s like, who you’ll be meeting and some of the questions you’re likely to be asked. If there’s a task involved, we’ll also talk you through that too.
